BASEBALL
AMERICAN LEGION POST 444 of Florissant will be holding tryouts for the 2008 season on Sunday April 27th, at 1:00pm. The Senior and Junior teams will both tryout at McCluer North High School. Players must live in the McCluer North, Hazelwood Central or Hazelwood East school district boundaries. Seniors cannot turn 20 years of age this year. Juniors cannot turn 17 before August 1, 2008. Both teams have openings for every position. PAKT'S Don Hamer Memorial Golf Classic is scheduled to take place Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Eagle Springs Golf Course, 2575 Redman Rd. St. Louis, MO 63136. The minimum donation for entry is $100 per person or $400 for a foursome. There are also various tax-deductible sponsorship levels available. Registration can be completed in advance to guarantee your reservation.
